三、申请程序

第一步提出申请：将申请材料填写完整后，可以通过邮寄、传真、电子邮件等提交。（地址：安徽省滁州市会峰西路1号滁州学院国际交流与合作处，239000，传真：0086-550-3518066，Email:13696758750@163.com,qisimon@163.com）

第二步办理录取：在审核您的申请后，我们会尽快给您发出《录取通知书》和《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》(JW202表)，请您及时到中国驻外使领馆办理来华学习签证

第三步报到注册:申请人员请按《录取通知书》要求的期限内按时到我校国际交流与合作处报到注册，办理相关报到注册手续。

第四步居留手续：我们将根据您的来华签证种类及在华停留时间办理相关手续，确保您在中国的正常学习和生活。

第五步留学学习。

四、收费标准

1.教材费：汉语进修生每学期预收教材费300元，多退少补。

2.学费：
  1） 短期进修生：400元/周。
  2） 长期进修生：5000元/学期，10,000元/学年。

3.住宿费：
  1）500元/月/人（三人共住），包括水费，上网费、电费自付。
  2）房屋押金1000元，学生离校时房间设备完好，押金全额退还。
公寓内配有床、衣柜、书桌、椅子、书架、Internet接口、冰箱、空调、热水器、淋浴、卫生间、洗衣机等。

4.保险费： 300元/学期，600元/学年，所有学生均需购买保险。

III. Procedures of Application

Step 1: Application. Fulfil the application documents and post or fax or email to us. (Address:1 West Huifeng Road, Chuzhou, Anhui, China, 23900; Fax:0086-550-3518066; Email:13696758750@163.com, qisimon@163.com)

Step 2: Admission. After we receive and verify the application documents, we will send you Admission Notice and Visa Application for Study in China (JW202 form) as soon as possible. Admitted students are required to apply for Study Entry (X) Visa with an ordinary passport, Admission Notice and Visa Application for Study in China (JW202 form) to the Chinese embassies or consulates.

Step 3: Register. Please come to the university as required by Admission Notice and register.

Step 4: Apply for residence permit. We will apply for residence permit to the Entry-Exit Administration Bureau in one month after your arrival.

Step 5: Study.

IV．Tuitions, fees and accommodation

• Books and Learning Materials: RMB 300Yuan per semester in advance. The university will return the overcharge and demand payment of the shortage.

• Tuition Fees:
        Short-term Chinese Language Program: RMB 400 Yuan per week.
        Long-term Chinese Language Program: RMB5000 Yuan/semester or 10,000 Yuan/year.

• Accommodation:

  Apartment: RMB 500 Yuan/month/person (3-student shared, separate rooms), including water bill. Internet bill and electricity bills should be paid by students themselves.
  Room Deposit: RMB 1000 Yuan. It will be returned if all equipment is in good condition when students check out.
  There are bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, internet, refrigerator, air conditioner, heater, shower in the room, washing machine.

• Insurance Fee: RMB 300 Yuan for half an academic year or 600 Yuan for a year. All students are required to purchase insurance.
